Volunteers are the heart of our organization. In the past year people have given their time in varies ways and activities. This may include becoming a Board member, helping with the newsletter, in the office, or assisting at resource fairs and events, etc. We are also starting to develop a Speakers Bureau of volunteers who can talk about our organization at civic groups and organizations. Since 1955 , The Arc of Arapahoe and Douglas has been building bridges to the community for persons with developmental disabilities. We are looking for partners to help us fulfill our vision of a community that welcomes every person and celebrates their gifts.
